Arlington Heights Fire Department CPR Class Registration Form

The Arlington Heights Fire Department invites you to register for a CPR class and learn to save a life! Our Heartsaver CPR Course for the lay responder, teaches recognition and emergency resuscitation techniques for adult heart attack and stroke, injury and cardiac arrest prevention, treatment of cardiac emergencies in adults and infants, and choking in adults and infants. The course does not cover cardiac emergencies in children or choking in children.

A course completion card from the American Heart Association will be issued to participants who have successfully completed the CPR course objectives and practical testing.

Class Location and Times
CPR classes are scheduled from 6:00 to 9:30 PM at the Arlington Heights Fire Department Administration Building located at 1150 N. Arlington Heights Road, in the Training room, on the 2nd floor.

Cost and Payment Information
The cost is $20 per Arlington Heights resident and $50 per person for non-residents. Classes consist of 12 participants and your spot is reserved on a first-come basis, pending payment. 

Fees include a textbook and CPR card. Due to scheduling of personnel and classroom, registration fees are non-refundable. In the event a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.

Tuition Statement

The cost is $20 per Arlington Heights resident and $50 per person for non-residents. Payments may be made by cash or check.

Tuition is due within 2 weeks of registering in order to secure your spot. 

Payment options include: 

  • Check payable to Arlington Heights Fire Department
    (mail to Arlington Heights Fire Dept., 1150 No. Arlington Height Road, AH 60004)
  • Credit card payment accepted at Village Hall (Cashier in Finance Department)
  • By Phone – Call Village Hall 847.368.5000 and provide your credit card information to the Cashier

If you are mailing payment, please also include your name, a phone number, and the date you would like to attend. Please note, the United States Postal Service advises against mailing cash.
