Groot's Low-Income Discount program is available for senior citizens age 65 or older and persons with disabilities, whose household income is less than $16,000 per year. If you match these required critera, please fill out the form below. 

This discount does not apply to landscape waste stickers, the landscape waste subscription programs, or the Special Collection rates.

Attach a copy of your last Groot bill showing your name, address, and account number

Seniors, please attach a copy of one of the following forms for the senior member of the household for proof of age

Attach a copy of your Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) award letter or a physicians certificate of disability, for proof of disability.
